At the moment of registration, authors will have to indicate the code associated to the corresponding abstract.
Each of the sent papers will need to be associated to a given abstract code. Every author will have the possibility to associate two submissions to his or her registration, with the exception of authors registered as students, who will only be able to send one contribution.
Authors with at least one accepted contribution will have to be registered before the end of 30th of April 2025 (early bird registration deadline).
Apart from the right to present the aforementioned contributions, registration fees will also cover:
– Free access to all sessions (oral communications and posters), including keynote sessions.
– Right of each participant to Conference Documentation + All sessions free access + Certificate of Attendance.

The conference will only publish a book of abstracts and Authors can submit in parallel their works to the following special issues, using journal submission procedure.

In what language should I write the article?
All papers must be written in English, regardless of whether it is British English or American English.

What is the maximum length for a congress article?
The maximum length allowed for a congress article is 8 pages in total, including references.

Can the article be extended if I want to submit it to a special issue?
Yes, if the authors decide to submit their congress article to one of the proposed special issues, they may submit a longer version in accordance with the specific guidelines of each special issue regarding the maximum length. However, remember that the congress articles cannot exceed 8 pages of extension.

When can I submit my article to a special issue?
The process for submitting an article to a special issue is as follows, and the authors must complete the first three steps before they can proceed with the fourth one:
1. The authors must upload the article to the congress platform before the submission deadline.
2. A scientific review committee will evaluate the article. If it meets the congress’s quality standards, it will be accepted.
3. The authors must then register for the congress.
4. After registration, the authors may begin the submission process for the special issue.

If I am submitting a poster to the congress, do I also need to submit an article?
Yes, all participants must submit a written article, regardless of the type of presentation (oral or poster).

How many papers can I present with one congress registration?
Each registration allows for the presentation of a maximum of two papers, as long as the presenter is listed as an author in both works.

How long are oral presentations?
Each speaker will have a maximum of 10 minutes for his or her presentation, followed by a Q&A session.

Can I use my personal computer for the oral presentation?
No, presenters must bring their presentation on a USB flash drive and upload it to the congress computer at least one hour before the session begins.

Is there a template for poster presentations?
Yes, a poster template is available on the congress website.

Do I need to bring a printed version of my poster, or will the organization provide it?
Yes, each participant must bring his or her printed poster in A0 size, vertical format. The organization will only provide the materials needed to set up the poster in the designated area.

Before sending your abstracts is necessary to Sign Up through the website.

After sign up in the website, you will receive a confirmation email (Please check your spam folder) to access to the Authors Area.

How to upload the abstract at the website: Once you have access to the Authors’ Area and click on the tab “new abstract” where you can attach your files.

Authors who have had their abstract approved must submit their Full paper by 31 January 2025.

The Full paper manuscript must be formatted according to ‘Full Paper template’.

The paper is limited to a maximum of 8 pages.

The abstract submission form will require the following information:
– Author’s Name
– Author’s Last Name
– Author’s Institution
– Abstract topic (drop-down list)
– Abstract title
– Preferred Presentation Type (Oral or Poster)
– PDF file to be attached based on the template
Once an abstract has been submitted, authors will receive a confirmation email.
Authors will receive an individual code for each abstract submitted, which will serve to identify him or her in all the communications with the organization.
After submitting a contribution, the contact author will be able to see all the articles submitted in the Author Center.

Each author can submit as many abstracts as he or she wants for evaluation .

An unlimited number of authors can be linked to each abstract as co-authors.

Abstracts can only be submitted by the online submission form.

Abstracts submitted by e-mail will not be accepted.Changes to the abstract will be allowed until the deadline for abstract sending is reached.
