Open from January 24 to June 13. Registrations received before the 1st of May will benefit from a reduced fee.

Registration process

Those who wish to register must fill in the online registration form

Registration will not be valid unless accompanied by the corresponding payment.

Payment

There are two methods of payment
– By credit card (Visa o Mastercard) after filling your data in the registration form

– By bank transfer:

The bank transfer reference should contain the name of the person whose registration is being paid. Evidence of payment must be forwarded either by email to: info@mesic2025.es

Payment shall be made in euros. Bank commissions due to transfer and tax charges shall be paid by the person registering for the Conference.

Registration confirmations
When the registration form and payment has been received, the Technical Secretariat will confirm the same by e-mail. If you have not received confirmation of registration within 10 days after payment, please get in touch with info@mesic2025.es

Euskoiker will issue an invoice to all those who have made a correct registration. When the registration form and payment has been received, the Technical Secretariat will send you the invoice by e-mail in electronic format (pdf).

People who need a proforma invoice to register should send a request by email info@mesic2025.es

Electronic invoice for public entities members of FACe: If your entity is a member of the FACe system, and you wish to receive the invoice through the FACe system, you have to indicate it in the registration request and indicate the DIR3 Code of your administration (accounting office, managing office and processing unit).

Students
The student status must be justified by means of an official copy of their university enrolment for the 2024/2025 academic year.

Gala dinner is not included. However, it can be reserved for an additional payment of 90€.

Substitution
In principle, no limit has been set as regards the substitution-transfer of an registration, as long as the Technical Secretariat has been informed in writing before the 13rd of June.

Cancellation
Those willing to cancel their registration, must inform by e-mail info@mesic2025.es

Registrations cancelled before the 6th of June are entitled to a refund, deducting 100€ which will be charged for administrative expenses. As from that date, no money will be refunded.

Refunds will be made through the same channel as used for payment. Expenses derived from transfer commission or currency exchange will be paid by the person requesting the refund.
